Within the European Union several (National) International regulations, standards and directives must be followed and complied with. As a part of Amefa’s QC/QA organisation (Quality Control and Quality Assurance) we use a test-centre located at our Head-office in Apeldoorn for analysing materials, testing the hardness of knife-blades, corrosion resistance and dishwasher resistance. We also use external independent laboratories in Asia and Europe to safe guard and guarantee the quality of Amefa’s products.Quality inspections are part of an ongoing process of monitoring and checking production. A team of well-trained (based on European standards) inspectors is operating all over Asia, supported by the Head-office (Holland) as well as offices in Hong Kong and Tianjin.
