How can I place an order on Amefa.com?

Add your desired items to the shopping cart and click on “Checkout”.

There:

  1. Select your billing and shipping address,
  2. Choose a payment method,
  3. Review your order and complete the purchase bindingly.

You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

Where can I see if my order was successful?

After completing your order, a confirmation page with order number will appear. Additionally, we will send you a order confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder if you don’t find anything.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?


We process orders as quickly as possible.

If you want to make any changes, please contact customer service immediately. If the order is already in the shipping process, changes or cancellations are usually no longer possible. In this case, you can return the goods after receipt within the scope of your right of withdrawal.

Can I order by phone?

Currently, orders are only possible through the online shop. However, our customer service is happy to assist you if you have any questions about the ordering process.

Can I redeem a voucher code?

If you have a valid voucher, you can enter the voucher code in the shopping cart or at checkout. Make sure to enter the code correctly and observe any applicable terms and conditions.

What payment methods do you offer?

Depending on availability, we offer common and secure payment methods, for example:

Delivery & Shipping

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, you will receive your order within 2–4 business days after order authorization. The exact delivery time will be shown to you at checkout and in the shipping confirmation.

How much is the shipping cost?

The current shipping costs are shown to you in the shopping cart and at checkout.

  • From 40 euros, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
  • From 75 euros, we deliver free of charge to the Netherlands.
  • From £180, we deliver free of charge to the UK.
  • From 320 zł, we deliver free of charge to Poland.

The exact shipping cost for all other countries will be shown to you at checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking so you can see at any time where your order is located.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived a few business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service. We will then check together where the shipment has gone.

Returns, Refunds & Reimbursements

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days.
You only have to cover any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods. You can find details in our cancellation policy.

How does the return process work?

For orders within Germany, a return label is already included with the shipment, allowing the package to be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt. For orders abroad, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

My goods arrived damaged – what now?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with photos of the damaged items, the packaging, and your order number. We will then take care of a replacement or a suitable solution.

What materials are your cutlery made of?

Our cutlery is mainly made of high-quality stainless steel, polished, matte, or refined with a PVD coating depending on the series.

Are your cutlery dishwasher safe?

Most stainless steel cutlery is dishwasher safe.

For PVD-coated series, we recommend:

  • mild detergents,
  • no scouring pads,
  • ideally hand washing to preserve the color and surface quality in the long term.
