Payment Methods

Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa)

You can conveniently and securely pay for your order with your credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Your credit card data is not stored with us. For payment, you will be redirected to our payment service provider during the ordering process, where you enter your card information.

Payment by credit card is simple, fast, and secure for you – no additional costs apply (except possibly shipping costs).

PayPal

You can also conveniently pay for your order via your PayPal account. During the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal to confirm the payment.

There are no additional fees for you when using PayPal (except possibly shipping costs). The payment is confirmed immediately, so we can ship your order quickly.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you additional payment options via Klarna. Payment is made directly to Klarna.

Using these payment methods requires a positive credit check. As part of your order, we transmit the data necessary for processing and credit checking to Klarna. Only those payment options that are permitted based on the check will be offered to you.

Immediate Payment (“Pay now”)

For immediate payment, you will be redirected to a Klarna payment page and can pay, for example, by instant bank transfer or direct debit. To participate, you need an online banking account enabled with PIN/TAN procedure.

Invoice Purchase (“Pay later”)

With invoice purchase via Klarna, you pay for your order after receiving the goods within the period specified by Klarna (usually 30 days). The exact conditions for invoice purchase can be viewed during the ordering process.

Installment Purchase (“Pay over time”)

With Klarna’s installment purchase, you can pay for your purchase in monthly installments. The terms and details of the installment purchase are shown directly by Klarna and explained during the ordering process.

Shipping Information

Shipping Partner

We ship your order with our reliable shipping partner DHL. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number by email.

Shipping Time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times to other European countries may vary and will be shown to you at checkout.

Shipping Costs

The prices listed on our product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

• Germany: €4.90 shipping per order
• Germany: Free shipping on orders over €40
• Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

The exact shipping costs for your order will be clearly shown in the shopping cart and during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Return Shipping

You can return items within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping within Germany is free for you. Details on the return process and refunds can be found in our cancellation policy and in the “Returns” section.
