Payment Methods

Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa)

You can conveniently and securely pay for your order with your credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Your credit card data is not stored with us. For payment, you will be redirected to our payment service provider during the ordering process, where you enter your card information.

Payment by credit card is simple, fast, and secure for you – no additional costs apply (except possibly shipping costs).

PayPal

You can also conveniently pay for your order via your PayPal account. During the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal and confirm the payment there.

No additional fees are charged to you for using PayPal (except possibly shipping costs). The payment is confirmed immediately, so we can ship your order quickly.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you additional payment options via Klarna. Payment is made directly to Klarna each time.

Using these payment methods requires a positive credit check. As part of your order, we transmit the data necessary for processing and credit checking to Klarna. Only those payment methods that are permitted based on the check will be offered to you.

Immediate Payment (“Pay now”)

For immediate payment, you will be redirected to a Klarna payment page and can pay, for example, by instant bank transfer or direct debit. To participate, you need an online banking account enabled for PIN/TAN procedures.

Invoice Purchase (“Pay later”)

When purchasing on invoice via Klarna, you pay for your order after receiving the goods within the period specified by Klarna (usually 30 days). The exact conditions for invoice purchase can be viewed during the ordering process.

Installment Purchase (“Pay over time”)

With Klarna’s installment purchase, you can pay for your purchase in monthly installments. The terms and details of the installment purchase are shown to you directly by Klarna and explained during the ordering process.

iDEAL

You can conveniently and securely pay for your order with iDEAL. iDEAL is a widely used online payment method in the Netherlands that allows you to make payments directly via your online banking.

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to your bank and confirm the payment in your familiar online banking environment. The payment is confirmed immediately, so we can process and ship your order quickly.

No additional fees are charged to you for using iDEAL (except possibly shipping costs). Payment is simple, fast, and secure.

Shipping Information

Shipping Partner

We ship your order with our reliable shipping partner DHL. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number by email.

Shipping Time

Unless another period is specified in the product description, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days* (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Costs

The prices listed on our product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Returns & Return Shipping
