Care Instructions

Wooden chopping boards are particularly durable and hygienic when cared for properly. We recommend washing them by hand only, as the water and heat in the dishwasher can cause the wood to swell, crack and damage the surface. Clean your board after each use with warm water, a little mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. You should then dry it thoroughly and occasionally rub it with a food-safe oil (e.g. linseed oil or coconut oil) to protect the wood and extend its lifespan.
